An organization admin completes purchases in Stripe after selecting the correct workspace. Applicable taxes appear at checkout.

Usage varies by model, resume length, and work required. The application reserves the displayed maximum, charges actual usage when complete, and releases unused credits. PDF and DOCX downloads are included.
Admins allocate credits from the organization pool. Recruiters see their available balance and request more. Admins review requests and track credit activity in the workspace.
Manage plans, payment methods, and cancellation through Stripe. Purchased credits carry forward. After a subscription ends, remaining purchased credits work with Basic batch limits.
There is no fixed one-credit-to-one-resume ratio. A longer resume or a larger model can use more credits. Reading a new source document, parsing a job description, and AI edits also use credits. Review the generation quote before you start, and track settled charges in your credit activity.
Yes. Select your workspace to use that organization’s candidates, permissions, and credit balance. Credits and payment records belong to their organization.
The reservation stays with the job during automatic retries. If the job ultimately fails, its reserved credits are released. Successful jobs settle once, even if a queue delivery is repeated.
